By introducing regulatory discipline to the process, we provide founders with access to capital markets that are typically slow and expensive to navigate.
• Aligned Capital Participation: As an Investment Company, Next Wave may invest directly in our startup partners and invite other aligned investors to participate. We coordinate transaction readiness, but do not place securities or take success-based compensation.
