How membership works
Deal flow process
When an SPV opens, members receive detailed investment materials with our analysis. We facilitate introductions to company leadership as needed. You conduct your own diligence and decide whether to participate.
Research delivery
Members are emailed exclusive proprietary research as developments warrant. The State of the Thesis is published annually. Quarterly briefings are scheduled in advance with recordings available afterwards.
Community connection
Members connect through an anonymized shared chat channel and exclusive events. We facilitate warm introductions when both parties consent. The community grows through shared conviction and deal collaboration.
